In addition, the staff is flexible and adaptable to changing client's needs.  All of this gave our establishment a competitive edge over our competitors. 

And its primary purpose and goal the fulfillment of projects in contracting and steel industry the most efficient and cost - effective manner, through the adoption and maintenance of international professional standards. 

Young and dynamic entrepreneur " Ameen Saleh Naji Mahdi" founded ASN with 100% national capital after he had been exposed to business practices for many years. The formation of ASN was based on a thorough feasibility study of key indicators. During the short tenure of ASN, substantial resources were allocated to acquire highly qualified expatriate and local multi-disciplined executives and engineers, supported by efficient management system and office automation technology. Besides The periodical  training for them locally and abroad to gain the latest engineering and construction technology and methods .  

The achievement of ASN goals is governed by short, medium and long term plans that are and continually monitored, evaluated and refined. The strict adherence to good management practices was the main factor behind the substantial success achieved over many years once it had established a solid reputation and gained constitutive experience.

ASN Directors took a step towards the implementation of the medium term business plan that called for the creation of contracting and steel industry in engineering disciplines. This decision resulted in the restructuring of ASN to position the company  in the top for operational activities in the engineering disciplines.

And last but not least, We can say in addition to what mentioned above, that we are the exclusive agent in Yemen for one of the biggest steel companies in China  called " DUOWEI CORPORATION GROUP" which has been engaged in steel structure and color steel rolled plate for nearly 20 years and now has become a group corporation, Integrating production, Sales and construction. And its products are exported to Japan, Singapore, Iraq, Korea, Sudan, Mongolia, Algeria, Dominica, Belize, Yemen and other counties.
